Job Requirements

Job Duties

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services, Provide information about property and surrounding area amenities, Answer, record, and process guest calls and messages, Coordinate with departments to resolve guest issues, Monitor club lounge for seating availability and safety, Report accidents and unsafe conditions, Maintain professional appearance and confidentiality
