Job Requirements

full time availability
mixology knowledge
bartending experience
ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
ability to lift and carry objects up to 25 pounds
adherence to company policies and procedures
professional appearance and demeanor

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or GED equivalent
at least 1 year of bartending or related experience
basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
familiarity with hotel or luxury hospitality settings is a plus

Job Duties

mix and serve drinks according to standard recipes and guest requests
maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
engage with guests to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences
monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with safety and legal requirements
manage cash and process transactions accurately
restock and replenish bar inventory as needed
collaborate with other hotel departments to support overall guest satisfaction
