Job Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of related bartending or beverage service experience
- Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- No supervisory experience required
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure compliance with all safety and liquor regulations
- Handle cash and manage transactions accurately
- Build rapport with guests to enhance their experience
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
