Job Requirements

Full-time availability
Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Mixology knowledge and bartending experience
Previous hotel or resort background is preferred
Ability to stand and walk extensively
Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 pounds
Commitment to follow company policies and standards

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant bartending or mixology experience
Knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage recipes
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to maintain professional appearance and demeanor
Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences
Previous hotel or resort experience is a plus but not mandatory

Job Duties

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Create unique and memorable guest experiences at the bar
Maintain the bar area ensuring cleanliness and proper presentation
Handle cash and process transactions accurately
Stay updated with current mixology trends and apply them creatively
Build relationships with guests and team members
Follow all safety and company policies to maintain a secure working environment
