The company has built a strong reputation as one of Florida's most respected hospitality employers by providing exceptional experiences to guests and a vibrant, supportive environment for its employees. Rosen Hotels & Resorts offers a wide array of benefits to its team members, encouraging career growth and personal development within the hospitality industry. This supportive culture is reflected in the comprehensive programs and resources available to associates, making it an ideal place for those seeking to build a rewarding career in hospitality.

The Bartender role at Rosen Hotels & Resorts is designed for individuals passionate about delivering outstanding guest service through friendly and professional interactions. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with expertise and precision, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Your ability to mix drinks skillfully and upsell menu items is essential to driving guest satisfaction and meeting the company’s high standards. This position emphasizes the importance of maintaining a clean, organized bar environment while adhering to responsible alcohol service policies.

In this role, you will greet and interact courteously with guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. You will also play a key role in promoting menu items to enhance the overall guest experience, while complying strictly with the company’s drug-free and tobacco/nicotine-free policies. Physical endurance is necessary, as the job requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds consistently and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Although bartender experience is preferred, the company offers a supportive environment for motivated individuals who have a high school diploma or equivalent and are legally authorized to work in the USA.

As a team member at Rosen Hotels & Resorts, you will benefit from a competitive compensation package and a broad range of employee benefits. These include affordable health and dental insurance, access to an on-site medical center, holiday pay, paid vacation, personal days, tuition reimbursement, higher education scholarships, and a 401(k) retirement plan. Additional perks such as childcare financial assistance, hospitality and dining discounts, and access to a family outreach center further demonstrate the company's commitment to its employees’ well-being. With excellent career growth opportunities, working as a Bartender at Rosen Hotels & Resorts offers both professional fulfillment and personal growth in a dynamic and encouraging environment.
