Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to safety hazards
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Ability to communicate courteously with guests
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Regular attendance according to established guidelines
- Ability to maintain focus and complete work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions
- Flexibility to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property
Job Duties
- Ensure the entire front lobby is clean and presentable for the guest
- Immediately respond to and correct any potential safety conditions such as a wet floor due to guests tracking in rain or snow
- Clean pool area and restrooms
- Clean all public restrooms and stock all necessary items
- Empty the trash from all offices including the sales, executive and front offices
- Clean, dust, mop, vacuum and polish the lobby area including ashtrays, furniture, house phones, wall fixtures, plants, vending machines, glass and windows
- Greet guests in a courteous fashion
