We are currently seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Lobby Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment—a critical first impression of our hotel. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, ensuring all public areas are pristine and tidy, and responding promptly to any guest needs or requests. Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager or Director of Rooms, you will play a key role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that our guests expect. This position requires a professional demeanor, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make guests feel comfortable and valued from the moment they enter our establishment.
