Job Description
Action Property Management is a seasoned leader in the homeowners association (HOA) management industry, boasting a robust legacy that stretches back to 1984. With four decades of dedicated service, Action Property Management has established itself as the premier choice for HOA management across the western United States. Founded with a visionary goal to raise the ethical and professional standards in the HOA space, the company started from a single client and has since flourished into the largest privately owned HOA management firm in the West. Currently, it manages over 300 associations spanning nine offices, supported by an enthusiastic and skilled workforce of nearly 900 team members who share the company’s core values of excellence, innovation, and genuine care for people. This commitment to integrity and professionalism has built a culture where team members strive to help homeowners thrive and take pride in their communities.
The company is actively seeking a part-time Lobby Ambassador to join the hospitality team at One Steuart Lane, its prestigious luxury association in San Francisco. This role offers a dynamic and vital position within the community, requiring an individual who can act as the frontline representative of Action Property Management. The position demands exceptional 5-star customer service skills, as the Lobby Ambassador will be pivotal in ensuring resident satisfaction and representing the company's high service standards. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a vibrant, people-centered environment and who thrive in providing concierge, valet, and front desk services. Scheduled shifts are flexible throughout the week with potential hours from 6:00 AM to 6:30 AM the following day, accommodating a variety of availability. Compensation for this position ranges from $25.00 to $26.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
The role encompasses a variety of duties essential to maintaining the smooth operation and luxurious ambiance of the lobby area, including maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and elevator lobbies, managing access control, handling resident inquiries and concerns, and performing administrative tasks such as documentation of daily activities and parcel distribution. The applicant will be expected to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Association’s governing documents and uphold the company’s commitment to high standards of resident care and operational excellence.
This opportunity at Action Property Management embodies not only personal growth and career development but also a chance to become part of a values-driven company culture. The organization prides itself on fostering a supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, continual learning, and professional advancement. Additionally, employees benefit from comprehensive health packages, ongoing hospitality and property management training, and a chance to make a meaningful impact on the communities they serve. Action Property Management is dedicated to providing its employees with the resources and support needed to excel, ensuring that working here is a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
