Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to comply with company policies and safety procedures
- Professional personal appearance
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Engage hotel guests to enhance service experience through activation of all lobby outlet services
- Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
- Make arrangements or identify appropriate providers for guest needs
- Gather and provide local area knowledge to inform guests about property and surrounding amenities
- Contact appropriate departments to resolve guest calls, requests, or problems
- Report accidents and unsafe work conditions to manager and complete safety training
- Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company policies
