This job opportunity is for a full-time, non-management position within the Rooms and Guest Services Operations category. The role is designed for individuals who are passionate about enhancing guest experiences by going beyond standard check-in and check-out procedures. As a Guest Experience Expert at this luxury resort, you will be empowered to take initiative by offering a wide range of personalized services that guide guests throughout their stay. This position involves active engagement in operational tasks, responding promptly to guest requests, compiling reports, and sharing information about local events and attractions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that every interaction contributes to creating memorable and unique experiences for each guest.
The role is dynamic and requires flexibility, as Guest Experience Experts are constantly on the move, involved in various physical tasks such as standing, walking for extended periods, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 10 pounds without assistance. Your professional appearance, communication skills, and adherence to company policies and quality standards are essential components in delivering the hallmark Marriott hospitality. This position fosters a safe work environment where respect for confidentiality and protection of company assets is paramount.
