The position of Loaner Car Coordinator is pivotal within our Service Department. As the face of this team, you will manage the daily operations of our loaner fleet, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from the moment a guest arrives until the conclusion of their service visit. This full-time role is focused on creating a smooth and welcoming process for clients needing temporary transportation, balancing operational efficiency with personal customer interaction. Your responsibilities will encompass booking and scheduling loaner vehicles, performing detailed vehicle inspections both before and after use, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with multiple internal teams including Service Advisors, valet staff, and the detailing crew. Fluency in managing various administrative and logistical tasks is essential to this position, as is the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers. This role demands a strong emphasis on organization, attention to detail, and the capability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced dealership environment.

Additionally, the Loaner Car Coordinator will be responsible for greeting clients and explaining the loaner vehicle policies, ensuring every guest feels cared for and informed. Vehicle readiness is a crucial aspect of the role, requiring that all loaner cars are fueled, clean, and well-maintained to enhance the customer experience.
