Job Duties
- Greet clients and explain loaner vehicle policies
- manage daily inventory of loaner vehicles
- ensure vehicles are fueled, clean, and prepped for appointments
- prepare and audit rental contracts
- conduct vehicle inspections documenting condition and fuel levels
- coordinate with Service Advisors for scheduling loaner vehicles
- communicate vehicle status to guests
- coordinate with valet and detailing teams to prepare vehicles
- pick-up and drop-off customer vehicles
