Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- communicate effectively in English
- prior supervisory or management experience
- strong understanding of safety protocols
- in-depth knowledge of industry regulations related to aircraft loading
- strong organizational skills
- proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- ability to use electronic devices
- pass background check and drug screen
- eligibility to acquire required credentials and clearances
- flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older

- communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- prior supervisory or management experience in a similar role
- strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards related to air cargo operations
- in-depth knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards related to aircraft loading
- strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping
- intermediate/highly proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including iPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
- effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
- pass a background check and drug screen
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Supervise and oversee the work of loadmasters and cargo handling teams
- ensure all cargo loading and unloading operations comply with safety regulations and company policies
- monitor the weight, balance, and distribution of cargo on aircraft to optimize safety and efficiency
- coordinate with flight crews, ground staff, and air traffic control for safe and efficient cargo operations
- oversee the preparation and accuracy of load plans, cargo manifests, and essential documentation
- develop and implement training programs for loadmasters and cargo handlers
- exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
- perform any additional duties as assigned by management
