Job Requirements
- Five plus years experience in live event or concert production
- Knowledge of audio, lighting, video, electrical, and staging technical elements
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in fast-paced environments
- Self-motivated with hands-on approach
- Flexible schedule with nights, weekends, and holidays availability
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain an even temperament
- Decision-making skills with limited information
- Proficiency with Windows applications
- Physical ability to lift or move up to 75 pounds using proper techniques
- Tolerance for loud working environments
- Able to wear radio earpiece during shifts
- Strong professional references
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in live event or concert production, preferably in music venues or touring
- Experience with technical setup and operation including audio, lighting, video, electrical, and staging
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in Windows applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in loud, high-energy environments requiring prolonged standing and lifting up to 75 pounds
- Strong professional references
Job Duties
- Coordinate between tour/client production and Live Nation venue including advancing technical needs and rider requirements
- Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue production teams for all show requirements including stagehands, runners, security, labor, and equipment rentals
- Manage day of show operations from load in to load out ensuring customer service, schedule adherence, sound restrictions, and cost containment
- Handle show accounting and settlements with artists and vendors
- Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors to ensure safe and successful events
- Assist in onboarding and training production staff ensuring team readiness and adherence to best practices
