Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Four plus years experience as a production manager, promoter representative, or event coordinator
- General knowledge of venue operations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work under pressure and remain even tempered
- Strong computer proficiency in Windows office applications
- Physical capability for standing, lifting, and moving equipment
- Strong professional references
Job Qualifications
- Four or more years experience as a production manager, promoter representative, or event coordinator
- General knowledge of venue operations preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves attitude
- Ability to work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent decision-making abilities even with limited information
- Proficient in Windows applications including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working in high-energy, loud environments with physical demands
- Strong professional references
Job Duties
- Coordinate between tour and client production and the Live Nation venue
- Obtain and advance presale technical information including production needs and rider requirements
- Interface with local contractors, tours, clients, and venue production teams for all show needs including stagehands and security
- Manage day of show activities from load in to load out ensuring customer service and schedule adherence
- Handle show accounting and settlements with artists and vendors
- Track labor costs and maintain budgets for cost-effective operations
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and third-party vendors
- Assist in onboarding and training production staff
