The role of Premium Experiences Coordinator is a critical position within Live Nation’s Boston venue operations. Reporting to the Premium Experiences Sales Manager, this role is designed for a passionate, motivated individual with a high-energy approach and entrepreneurial spirit. The coordinator assists in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Experiences programs, ensuring that VIP clients receive exceptional service and unforgettable experiences. Key responsibilities include preparing and managing premium seat contracts, overseeing accounts receivable, maintaining client relationships, and acting as a liaison with internal departments such as Box Office, Finance, and Marketing. The role requires managing client requests for additional ticket purchases, processing sales reports, and maintaining client email databases. On event days, the coordinator is responsible for coordinating on-site premium experiences and ensuring smooth venue operations alongside VIP Club staff, including catering and entertainment.
This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, creativity, organizational abilities, and a commitment to excellence. The candidate should thrive in a team setting, anticipate VIP clientele needs, and possess at least 1-2 years of relevant business experience. Experience in hospitality or entertainment and knowledge of social media tools are advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential to efficiently support sales reporting and client management tasks.

Job Duties
- Assist Premium Experiences Sales Manager in generating sales and administering all Live Nation Premium Experiences Programs for the venues in the Boston Area
- Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Premium Experiences Sales Manager
- Oversee and maintain accounts receivable
- Assist in maintenance of client relationships
- Act as a liaison with internal departments such as Box Office, Finance, Marketing along with Premium Experiences Sales Manager
- Manage client requests for additional ticket purchases
- Assist with the processing of sales reports and updates in CRM System (Salesforce)
- Maintain client email database and facilitate regular email updates on various items via online communication program (Exact Target)
- Coordination of on-site premium experiences program responsibilities and client services for concert events
- Interface with VIP Club staff to ensure smooth venue operations on event days (catering, on-site entertainment, concessionaire, etc.)
- Conducts cold calls and prospecting for new clients
- Assists in implementing marketing strategies with Premium Experiences Sales Manager
- Performs other duties as assigned by management
