Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or comparable work experience
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a manager in hospitality or Food & Beverage related business
  • Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability and flexibility to travel when needed
  • Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working with local municipalities such as police, fire, and rescue
  • Previous experience supervising and managing large volumes of part-time, event-based employees
  • Experience in a live music environment

Job Duties

  • Support and manage day-to-day facility operations including front and back of house operations, sales support, facilities maintenance, and staffing
  • Support recruiting efforts including interviewing and training in all departments
  • Assist General Manager with daily oversight of expense budget
  • Assist General Manager with company initiatives and F&B business including menu adherence, inventory cost, and labor controls
  • Assist General Manager with show-related forecasting and cost controls
  • Develop and execute programming to drive top line revenue across all venue areas
  • Monitor incident reports, investigations, and pending cases in coordination with Human Resources
  • Provide a safe and enjoyable facility including service training
  • Ensure proper operation of all venue equipment such as kitchen and production equipment, POS terminals, and health and safety needs
  • Investigate and resolve guest complaints
  • Implement and enforce all Live Nation policies, procedures, and programs
  • Oversee all health and safety inspections and compliance including city health department, Ecolab Ecosure, state liquor control, and local permits
  • Develop and maintain relationships with municipalities including police, fire, and Homeland Security
  • Respond to patron complaints as necessary
  • Manage long-term preventive maintenance, capital expenditure, and asset protection programs
  • Communicate with neighboring businesses and residents as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
