Job Requirements

Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Safety Certification required or obtainable prior to start
1+ year of experience in a bar or high-volume restaurant environment preferred
Basic knowledge of spirits, mixers, and bar tools
Ability to take direction quickly and remain composed under pressure
High level of initiative and attention to detail
Bilingual in Spanish a plus

Job Duties

Restock liquor, wine, beer, mixers, and bar supplies throughout service
Prepare fresh garnishes, juice, ice, and tools ahead of shift start
Maintain bar organization and cleanliness to health and safety standards
Remove empty bottles and trash discreetly and consistently
Assist bartenders with replenishing glassware, napkins, and service tools
Keep bar backstations organized, clean, and accessible
Ensure the bar is guest-ready at all times with polished presentation
Help with setting up and breaking down the bar at the beginning and end of shifts
Communicate effectively with bartenders and floor managers during busy shifts
Monitor stock levels and communicate supply needs in advance
Support other team members in clearing and restocking service areas when needed
Maintain discretion and professionalism behind the bar at all times
