Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience as a sales recruiter or similar role preferred
- solid understanding of sales roles and ability to assess candidates' sales skills effectively
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
- good written and verbal skills in English

Job Duties
- Responsible for the recruitment of TikTok live streaming hosts, posting recruitment positions, seeking talent, selection, inviting interviews, and providing an offer letter for suitable candidates
- hosts recruitment management, manage hosts recruiting team and be accountable for results
- daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts, ensuring efficient completion of each live stream
- employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction
- assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department
