The company is currently seeking a talented and motivated Recruiter to join their growing team. This full-time role is based in person and follows a Monday-to-Friday work schedule. The Recruiter will play a critical role in shaping the future of Sellery by managing the recruitment and ongoing support of TikTok live streaming hosts. Responsibilities include overseeing the entire recruitment cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending job offers. In addition to recruitment duties, the candidate will manage and coordinate the daily schedules of live streaming hosts, ensuring the smooth execution of each livestream event. Another essential aspect of this position is employee relationship management, which entails fostering employee communication, facilitating training and development, and contributing to the construction of a strong corporate culture. The recruiter will also assist the HR department with other temporary or ad hoc tasks as needed.
To thrive in this role, candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and preferably have 1-2 years of experience in sales recruitment or a similar role. A solid understanding of sales roles and the ability to effectively assess candidates’ sales skills are crucial. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools are also important.

Job Duties
- Responsible for the recruitment of TikTok live streaming hosts, posting recruitment positions, seeking talent, selection, inviting interviews, and providing an offer letter for suitable candidates
- hosts recruitment management, manage hosts recruiting team and be accountable for results
- daily management of live streaming hosts, arranging the schedules of live streaming hosts, ensuring efficient completion of each live stream
- employee relationship management, including employee communication and collaboration, employee development and training, corporate culture construction
- assist in handling other temporary tasks of the HR department
