Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a private, UHNW household
  • culinary training from a recognized institution preferred

Job Duties

  • Create weekly menus with a focus on fresh, seasonal, and health conscious cuisine
  • prepare and serve daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for the principal and family
  • plan and execute occasional formal dinners for business and entertainment purposes
  • cater to larger family gatherings with varied venues and impeccable presentation
  • manage kitchen inventory, procurement, and pantry organization
  • maintain a spotless kitchen adhering to highest standards of hygiene and efficiency
  • report to the estate manager and coordinate with household staff on events and weekly requirements
  • remain flexible to accommodate travel to other residences
