Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in stadium, arena, or major event coordination
  • Valid US Driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
  • Must be able to work flexible, non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to work in outdoor stadium environments including inclement weather

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 3-5 years in stadium, arena, or major event coordination of large-scale events
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Momentus Elite, and Social Tables
  • Experience working with event promoters
  • Experience in events or operations within an arena or stadium
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports and Entertainment Management, Event or Facility Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills and ability to quickly adapt to change
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player, reliable, and dependable
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask while managing time successfully

Job Duties

  • Assist Live Events manager with event preparation for all live events including concerts, festivals, college football, international soccer, and other ticketed events
  • Assist client or promoter to understand their needs and collaborate with internal staff to develop detailed event plans, outlines, maps, and diagrams
  • Coordinate with Stadium Operations to ensure all event areas are clean, equipped, and set up with crowd control measures prior to event day
  • Work with Stadium Operations staff to prep spaces with proper furniture and cleanliness
  • Assist Live Events manager in overseeing load-in and load-out of live events and equipment staging
  • Oversee event specifics with all departments and vendors, communicating client objectives and event details regarding schedules, staffing, equipment rentals, field conversions, housekeeping, food service, security, medic, production, IT, parking, guest services, and ticketing
  • Participate in client and promoter site visits and walkthroughs
  • Assist Manager with pre-event and post-event meetings by collecting meeting minutes and distributing pertinent information
  • Coordinate scheduling for event load-in/load-out, deliveries, and stadium space usage, ensuring all events are recorded on the master calendar
  • Assist with preparation and filing of post-event notes including staffing, attendance, incident reports, cost estimates, settlements, statistics, and other event-related data
  • Work with other departments to identify specific live event needs
  • Support other TSE events including NFL games, MLS games, and private events
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed
