Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years in stadium, arena or major event coordination of large-scale events
  • Must have a valid US driver's license
  • Must pass pre-employment screenings
  • Must be able to work flexible, non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the job including lifting up to 30 lbs, standing, stooping, and walking for extended periods
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to walk through stadium including stairs

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3-5 years of experience in stadium, arena, or major event coordination of large-scale events
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Ability to work flexible non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Momentus Elite, and Social Tables
  • Experience working with event promoters
  • Experience in events or operations at arenas or stadiums with knowledge of executing major events
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports and Entertainment Management, Event or Facility Management, or related fields
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Team player
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask

Job Duties

  • Assist Live Events manager with event preparation for concerts, festivals, college football, international soccer, and other ticketed events
  • Assist client or promoter to understand their needs and collaborate with internal staff to develop detailed event plans, event outlines, maps, and diagrams
  • Coordinate with Stadium Operations to ensure event spaces are clean, equipped, and prepared for event day
  • Work with Stadium Operations staff to ensure appropriate furniture and cleanliness
  • Assist Live Events manager with overseeing load-in and load-out of live events and equipment
  • Oversee event specifics with departments and vendors, communicating client objectives regarding schedules, staffing, equipment rentals, field conversions, housekeeping, food service, security, medic, production, IT, parking, guest services, and ticketing
  • Participate in client and promoter site visits and walkthroughs
  • Assist in pre-event and post-event meetings by collecting minutes and distributing information
  • Coordinate scheduling with Live Events Manager and department leads for event load-in, load-out, deliveries, and stadium space use
  • Prepare and file post-event notes including staffing deployments, attendance, incident reports, cost estimates, and event-related statistics
  • Support other TSE events including NFL and MLS games and private events
  • Perform various administrative duties as needed
