Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
a minimum of 2 years’ experience in upscale dining
excellent communication skills
ability to stand and walk for extended periods
capacity to handle fast-paced service environments
flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays
knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in upscale dining service
strong interpersonal and communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
knowledge of food and beverage pairings preferred
customer service oriented with a positive attitude
team player with a collaborative mindset

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
guide guests through the menu and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
ensure timely delivery of orders and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
maintain knowledge of the restaurant’s story and philosophy to create a unique guest experience
handle guest concerns and requests with empathy and resolution focus
collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
