Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • a minimum of 2 years’ experience in upscale dining
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • capacity to handle fast-paced service environments
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and major holidays
  • knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
  • guide guests through the menu and provide detailed information on dishes and specials
  • take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • ensure timely delivery of orders and check in with guests to ensure satisfaction
  • maintain knowledge of the restaurant’s story and philosophy to create a unique guest experience
  • handle guest concerns and requests with empathy and resolution focus
  • collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
