Little Sparrow is currently seeking an experienced Server to join their family. This role is pivotal as the Server acts as an ambassador for the restaurant, connecting guests to the unique story and elevated dining experience that Little Sparrow embodies. The ideal candidate will have over two years of upscale dining experience and the ability to provide a one-of-a-kind guest experience with professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness.
This is a competitive position with pay ranging from $2.13 to $8.00 per hour, plus tips, depending on experience and ability. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years of upscale dining experience
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- food handler's permit or willingness to obtain
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- present menus and explain daily specials
- take accurate food and drink orders
- deliver orders efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction
- handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- process payments and handle cash or card transactions
