Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
3 years of progressive restaurant experience
1 year in a supervisory or management role
excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
proficiency in managing labor and scheduling
strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Qualifications

minimum of 3 years of progressive restaurant experience
at least 1 year in a supervisory or management position
strong leadership and communication skills
ability to manage staff and resolve conflicts effectively
experience with labor and scheduling management
knowledge of restaurant operations
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

assist in directing the restaurant team
monitor the complete restaurant operation
lead in an open, positive, and approachable manner on shifts
actively participate in menu change processes
hire, train, and supervise all staff
address potential issues quickly and proactively
maintain daily logs for staff-management communication
monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure productivity and profit
