  • 3 years of progressive restaurant experience
  • 1 year in a supervisory or management role
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • proficiency in managing labor and scheduling
  • strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Job Duties

  • assist in directing the restaurant team
  • monitor the complete restaurant operation
  • lead in an open, positive, and approachable manner on shifts
  • actively participate in menu change processes
  • hire, train, and supervise all staff
  • address potential issues quickly and proactively
  • maintain daily logs for staff-management communication
  • monitor labor, scheduling, and overtime to ensure productivity and profit
