Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality industry preferred
  • Ability to provide friendly and efficient guest service
  • Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation software
  • Strong communication and multitasking abilities
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to guest satisfaction
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a welcoming atmosphere
  • Manage reservation systems such as OpenTable efficiently
  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and minimize wait times
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen and wait staff to ensure smooth service
  • Monitor guest behavior and preferences to enhance their dining experience
  • Answer phone calls and provide information about the restaurant and menu
  • Resolve guest concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
