Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a host or hostess role
- Familiarity with OpenTable reservation system preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Seat guests and manage table assignments
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service flow
- Handle reservations and guest inquiries using OpenTable
- Observe guest behavior and respond to needs promptly
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming host station
- Support team members in delivering excellent customer service
