Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a similar hospitality role preferred
- Ability to use reservation and point of sale systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Capacity to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a host/ess or customer service role preferred
- Familiarity with reservation platforms such as OpenTable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work cohesively in a team environment
- Positive and engaging personality with a customer-focused approach
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate with the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
- Manage reservations and guest flow using OpenTable or similar systems
- Monitor guest behavior and anticipate needs to enhance the dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/ess station
- Provide accurate information about the menu and restaurant policies to guests
- Assist with other front-of-house duties as needed
