Job Requirements

- three years of progressive culinary experience
- one year in a leadership role such as lead cook or sous chef
- knowledge of various cooking methods

Job Duties
- Manage hourly back-of-house staff
- assist in daily kitchen operations including production and prep
- oversee special and private events coordination
- supervise stewarding, purchasing, and receiving
- ensure all food is properly prepared and presented
- lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef
- maintain cohesive team environment while delegating effectively
