Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years of culinary experience
  • Capability to lead and manage kitchen staff
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work under fast-paced, high-volume conditions
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications

  • At least two years of progressive culinary experience in a high-volume restaurant
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Passion for quality and consistency in food preparation
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus but not required

Job Duties

  • Lead and train the culinary team to ensure high-quality food preparation
  • Maintain consistency and excellence in food production
  • Support management during service for smooth kitchen operations
  • Ensure organization, sanitation, and adherence to food safety standards
  • Inspire teamwork and foster a positive kitchen culture
  • Monitor inventory and communicate needs for ordering
