Rocket Farm Restaurants, located in Piedmont Heights and inspired by Northern Mexican cuisine, is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Sous Chef to join Little Rey, their Superica's younger sister restaurant with a focus on wood-roasted "chicken al carbon" in a vibrant and super-casual atmosphere. The Executive Sous Chef oversees the day-to-day kitchen operations, including production/prep, private parties, special events, stewarding, purchasing, and receiving. They ensure the culinary staff maintains high standards in menu item creation and effectively runs the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef.
