Job Requirements

  • minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
  • proven culinary experience as a chef
  • ability to lead and motivate a team
  • strong organizational skills
  • knowledge of food safety regulations
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 10 years of progressive culinary experience
  • 5 years in senior management
  • strong leadership and team management skills
  • proficient in kitchen operations and food costing
  • excellent communication and training abilities
  • experience with special event catering
  • commitment to high standards of food quality and sanitation

Job Duties

  • lead culinary team and direct kitchen operations
  • oversee food production, preparation, and plating
  • manage purchasing, receiving, and special events coordination
