Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years professional work experience
  • college degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • experience in real estate, home-sharing, hospitality, or property management preferred
  • must live in or near the assigned territory
  • own a car for local travel
  • ability to commit to at least 30 hours per week
  • capability to work remotely with independence
  • pass thorough background checks
  • demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • flexible to work one weekend day per month

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Onboard new properties
  • create and optimize listings on Airbnb and other platforms
  • develop cleaning checklists and schedule turnovers
  • supply properties and maintain amenities
  • ensure optimal booking rates and pricing
  • respond to guest inquiries
  • arrange guest check-ins
  • communicate proactively with hosts
  • conduct monthly property visits
  • coordinate repairs with service providers
  • use property management and scheduling software
  • produce regular reports on revenues and occupancy
  • work a weekend shift once a month
