The position of Line Cook at Seis Kitchen is crucial to the restaurant’s culinary operations.   • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service periods
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipe specifications and standards during service hours

  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety
