Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or linen runner experience preferred
ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds frequently
ability to follow safety protocols
basic knowledge of English and local language
good communication skills
professional appearance consistent with hotel dress code
ability to handle conflict situations professionally
punctuality and reliability

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous housekeeping or linen handling experience preferred
ability to follow instructions and work independently
good communication skills
knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
ability to lift at least 30 pounds safely
courteous and professional demeanor
ability to interact with guests using the 15-5 rule

Job Duties

adhere to scheduled work hours and be punctual in reporting
ensure that an ample supply of linen is stocked in the housekeeping storerooms on each floor
ensure supplies in the laundry and housekeeping office are filled for the housekeepers
remove all dirty linen from guest rooms and place it in the laundry chute
remove all trash from guest rooms, bring it to the dumpster and handle recycling
perform cleaning duties in guest towers including vacuuming hallways, cleaning vending areas, and dusting baseboards and door moldings
demonstrate knowledge of hotel safety and security procedures
keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters
conduct and attend meetings as required
perform all duties professionally following company policies
complete other assignments as directed by Executive Housekeeper or Supervisor
