Currently, In-N-Out Burger is hiring a full-time Linen Delivery Driver at its Lathrop, California warehouse. This important position involves delivering clean linen to various In-N-Out Burger locations, collecting soiled linens for return to the warehouse, and ensuring all deliveries and pickups are executed safely and efficiently. The role requires significant physical activity, including lifting heavy loads of linen, as well as careful attention to route management as drivers typically cover between 200-400 miles per shift across northern California.

The Linen Delivery Driver will load and unload linen from the delivery vehicle, a stepvan, maintain the quality and cleanliness of linen while at the stores, and uphold In-N-Out Burger's high standards of customer service through professional interactions with store employees and management. This position works on a rotating night shift schedule, usually four nights per week from 1:00 am to 11:30 am, with weekend and holiday availability necessary.
