The Linen Representative role at PureStar plays a critical part in maintaining the quality and operational efficiency of linen services provided to client properties, including hotels and food and beverage outlets. This position requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision while interfacing effectively with executives, production staff, and customers. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections and audits of linens, managing inventory control using handheld smart devices, and ensuring timely delivery and collection of linen and mats to meet customer requirements. The Linen Representative must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail by identifying linen damage or abuse and coordinating appropriate actions such as rewash or replacement. Daily duties also encompass engaging with clients to build and maintain positive relationships, supporting smooth communication across departments, and adhering strictly to company safety and professional standards.

Job Requirements
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Drawn to fast-paced, dynamic working environments
- Experience in a manufacturing environment or distribution center

- Ability to count accurately

Job Duties
- Handle tasks with little direct supervision
- Survey hotel properties for linen abuse or loss and report to supervisor
- Perform inspection and audits of linen by item
- Use hand-held smart phones to prepare actual linen orders for each account
- Help straighten linen shelves when performing item counts
- Pull loaded hampers to distribute linen and mats for specified customers
- Inspect reject linen to confirm damage or stains and coordinate rewash
- Build positive relationships with customers and fellow workers
- Provide accurate daily inventory for rental accounts
- Control F&B linen delivery and soil collection across serviced outlets
- Identify linen abuse and manage distribution
- Maintain professional conduct and appearance
- Use email, text, and voicemail for communication with colleagues
- Report to Brady Linen Services offices before starting assigned routes
- Participate in monthly training meetings with Sales Team and management
- Follow company health and safety programs and OSHA policies
- Wear and use personal protective equipment as instructed
- Report hazardous conditions and any job-related injury to management
- Perform other duties as requested
