  • Willingness to take direction and work both independently and with a team
  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
  • Able to work in a fast-paced setting for up to 6 hours daily or as needed
  • Willingness to learn and develop
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Able to tolerate potential food allergens

Job Duties

  • Be an ambassador of the mission and core values
  • Get to know menu items from the inside out
  • Connect with guests on the line and anticipate their needs
  • Build bowls for guests accurately and with a sense of urgency
  • Accurately ring in items with a sense of urgency
  • Provide exceptional hospitality
  • Comply with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant
  • Perform additional opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
