Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Good physical stamina
Legally authorized to work in the country

Job Qualifications

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation
Ability to follow recipes and portioning guidelines accurately
Team-oriented mindset
Positive attitude and enthusiasm for guest service
Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus

Job Duties

Enthusiastically greet guests when they enter the restaurant and serve them following brand guidelines
Restock front line with prepared product
Clean, organize, and restock all stations
Monitor and ensure the quality of food and cleanliness of the restaurant
Prepare food according to specifications by using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food prep logs/tools
Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, safety, security policies and procedures
Perform other tasks as directed by management
Serve as an ambassador for QDOBA and maintain a cooperative, respectful working relationship with management and fellow team members
Strive to exceed guest expectations every day
Have fun and maintain a positive attitude at all times
