Job Requirements
- 16 years of age or older
- Passion for food and people
- Energetic attitude and personality
- Willingness to take direction and work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and perform physical tasks such as reaching, squatting, and bending
- Ability to work up to 6 hours in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Comfortable working around various food ingredients
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification or willingness to obtain
Job Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage cheerfully with guests
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Help guests build bowls with accurate portioning
- Welcome guests and inform them of new menu items
- Make suggestions and highlight the food ethos
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu offerings and answer guest questions
- Maintain professionalism and hospitality standards
- Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are adhered to
- Perform opening, closing, and mid-shift responsibilities as needed
