Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- two years of previous line server experience preferred but not required
- ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to perform physical tasks required for the fast-paced food service environment
- willingness to work a full-time schedule including variable shifts and holidays
- ability to comply with company policies and standards regarding food handling and customer service
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience as a line server or in food service preferred but not required
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards such as HACCP and OSHA preferred
- strong communication and customer service skills
- ability to work effectively as part of a team
- attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail
- participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items in adherence to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety including meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines and portion control
- cleans work area and equipment used in food preparation and service
- follows all safety and sanitation procedures
- delivers food items to and from main kitchen
- promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff
- cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties
- contributes to the team
- exhibits professionalism with customers, fellow employees and others
- performs other duties as assigned
