Job Duties

  • Cutting, processing, fillets from fresh salmon/tuna/albacore and prepping into cubes
  • Follow recipes and prepare daily back stock of fresh and healthy produce/proteins
  • Sanitize and prepare equipment and workstation for food prep
  • Weigh and measure ingredients, monitor portion control
  • Mix, wash, chop, strain, slice vegetables, cube proteins
  • Basic cooking functions such as preparing sauces
  • Label stock and inventory all ingredients, prepare vendor order lists
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
