- Must have at least one year of experience as a line cook
- Two years of experience in a full-service barbecue restaurant required for Pitmaster
- Ability to create great-tasting barbecue
- Knowledge of meat cutting, seasoning, and smoking
- Understanding of portion control and food costs
- Reliability and dependability
- Willingness to work day, night, and weekend shifts

Job Duties

- Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure timely service
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation
- Maintain adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
