Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a line cook or sandwich maker
  • basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
  • ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
  • strong teamwork and communication skills
  • willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • food handler's certification preferred or required based on location
  • reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Miami

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a kitchen role

  • ability to follow instructions accurately

Job Duties

  • Assemble sandwiches and other dishes following recipes
  • slicing meats
  • preparing ingredients such as veggies and sauces
  • cooking items on grills or stoves
  • assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure quality and consistency
  • follow recipes and kitchen procedures while maintaining high food safety standards
  • support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
  • monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking
  • adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
