Job Requirements
- Previous experience in a kitchen role, preferably as a line cook or sandwich maker
- basic knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation
- ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- food handler's certification preferred or required based on location
- reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work in Miami

Job Duties
- Assemble sandwiches and other dishes following recipes
- slicing meats
- preparing ingredients such as veggies and sauces
- cooking items on grills or stoves
- assist with food preparation, cooking, and plating dishes to ensure quality and consistency
- follow recipes and kitchen procedures while maintaining high food safety standards
- support kitchen staff and senior chefs in executing menu items efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- monitor food stock levels and inform the kitchen team when supplies need restocking
- adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
- work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth service
