Job Duties

  • Cook food to order for the a la carte restaurant and prepare food for banquets
  • follow corporate recipes and standards
  • follow the prep list created by chefs to plan duties
  • label and stock all ingredients on shelves for organization and accessibility
  • prepare cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc
  • ensure all food and items are stored properly
  • comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines
  • perform other kitchen duties as assigned
  • maintain food preparation and organization levels of kitchen areas
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • exhibit a positive teamwork oriented attitude
