Job Requirements
- Food Safety and Food Handler certification required
- At least 2 years experience cooking in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Knowledge of OSHA and EEOC regulations
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
- Basic math skill
- Ability to multitask and handle high stress situations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Job Duties

- Assist in special event food preparation
- Operate kitchen equipment and tools properly
- Enforce compliance with food safety and OSHA regulations
