The company values a safe, respectful, and productive work environment and complies with all applicable health, safety, and labor regulations.

The BOH Line Cook/Prep Cook position is an hourly role with additional income earned through tips, which highlights the importance of quality and customer satisfaction linked directly to team performance. This role reports directly to the Manager on Duty, Culinary Manager, Corporate Operations, or Culinary Leader but does not supervise other employees. It offers benefits such as sick leave according to legal mandates and free meals during shifts, ensuring employee well-being and engagement.

As a BOH Line Cook/Prep Cook, the individual is responsible for the smooth functioning of culinary operations within the restaurant’s back of house. This position also contributes to restaurant objectives such as increasing sales, managing costs, employee retention, effective communication, and food safety compliance. It requires teamwork and collaboration with management and other kitchen staff to meet and exceed customer expectations while maintaining operational standards.

Detailed adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations is an essential part of this role. Given the diverse and fast-paced environment, this position demands strong organizational skills, clear communication capabilities, and the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively under pressure. The ideal candidate is not only technically skilled in culinary arts but also values diversity and works respectfully within the team and community. The ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential, reflecting the operational demands of the hospitality industry.
