Job Description
The Tooth Company, a vibrant restaurant in Anchorage, is seeking a Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes following the company's recipes while ensuring customer satisfaction and adhering to safety and hygiene standards.
Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older with a Municipality of Anchorage Food Worker Card (or willing to obtain one)
- experience preferred but not required as this is a teaching kitchen
- ability to stand for the duration of the shift, lift and carry 30+ lbs, work in fast-paced environments, demonstrate good manual dexterity and coordination, and have basic kitchen knowledge and knife skills.
