Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work
- willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform kitchen tasks
- commitment to team collaboration and respectful workplace behavior
- basic knowledge of food safety regulations

- experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant setting

Job Duties
- prepare and cook southern Gulf Coast dishes including crawfish, oysters, shrimp and grits, and catfish
- source and handle fresh, local ingredients responsibly
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service
- contribute to preserving and sharing the stories behind dishes and ingredients
- adhere to safety and hygiene standards
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
