Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to work flexible hours including day and night shifts
  • able to stand for long periods
  • willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • reliable transportation to the workplace
  • basic food handling knowledge
  • willingness to comply with company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Adhere to recipes
  • set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • prepare food for service in a timely manner
  • cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • answer, report and follow Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager’s instructions
  • maintain a clean work environment
  • stock inventory appropriately
  • ensure that food comes out simultaneously, of high quality and in a timely fashion
  • comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • arrive on time and in clean, pressed uniform with a positive attitude ready to work
