  • Execute prep and service with consistency, precision, and pride
  • keep your station clean, stocked, and dialed in
  • communicate clearly with your team especially under pressure
  • maintain high standards for food safety and sanitation
  • work closely with BOH and FOH to deliver a seamless guest experience
  • stay sharp and composed in a fast-paced, open kitchen
