We are currently seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our dedicated kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a high-end restaurant setting and have a strong understanding of food service sanitation standards and kitchen operations. The Line Cook will play a crucial role in preparing menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistent taste, presentation, and food safety. The position demands physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Job Requirements

  • Ability to bend, stoop, stand, kneel and crouch more than 50 percent of the time
  • ability to lift 40 pounds
  • ability to taste all types of food and respond to visual and aural cues
  • must be able to verbally communicate with employees at all times

Job Qualifications

  • Culinary degree from an accredited school preferred
  • completion of an apprenticeship program acceptable
  • minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant
  • thorough knowledge of food service sanitation standards
  • basic knowledge of kitchen equipment use and operation
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
